We walked inside to a tiny little two room place and sat down to a table literally with chairs too small for my 6ft 2in husband. We waited on the next day.for an entire hour. The line was so long on the first day we decided not to wait on fear that we would miss our Biltmore reservations. Let me first say that I normally stick to good reviews, but my whole family was so disappointed I felt it was only fair that I share our experience. Worst part is the wait.We were so excited to eat here after reading the tons and tons of five star reviews. At least get yourself a biscuit, they're obviously the best thing on the menu! It was about $50 for our whole meal and we couldn't even finish it all! Very nice people, fun atmosphere, good food, outdoor seating. The moon fries were not worth it at all but the grits were delicious. Since we had waited so long we also got the cheese grits and moon fries. We also had the sake bloody marys, which could have used a little more spice, but were good. Highly recommend eating with the biscuit donuts and lemon curd. They have a huge variety of homemade jam, raspberry was by far my favorite. We also got the brisket benny but with fried chicken as the protein-that wasn't the best, but the biscuits were amazing. It had a briny pot roast flavor that was amazing. He said that the pulled pork benny was the best on the menu and I have to agree. It is all counter service, so we only waited a few minutes after ordering. Normally we wouldn't wait that long, but any other place around town was 30-45 minutes and we were there during a holiday weekend, so what do you expect? The owner was super friendly, came out and passed out menus, answered questions, and said that they often have a long wait when in high demand. We ended up waiting about an hour total to order, but the food came right away. I had read that it was delicious, but the long wait in the rain was discouraging. It's worth at least a once over to say "been there done that", but more than that is excessive, unless you find yourself in that direct area again.

Overall, I have to say that this experience was okay (or Meh), but not really worth the price. Unfortunately, when I do a review, I take the entire experience in, not just one item. I couldn't taste one fruit or the other, but it was pleasant, and the spice was nicely subtle. The bacon of the day was 2 thick slices of bacon with a spicy mango raspberry sauce. You can tell it's not your everyday generic chocolate milk. They use an organic milk with chocolate syrup. The best part of my meal was my chocolate milk and the bacon of the day. It was $11, but it wasn't worth paying that much. There's are also homemade jellys, jams, and butters inside the building, but I didn't know what to expect. Don't get me wrong, it was good for my personal palate. The biscuit was light and fluffy, but tasted like organic Bisquick with water only. The items came apart from the egg, so I was unable to get the complete experience in one bite. It was flattened scrambled eggs, topped with the items (which was in large chunks), and then folded over. When I think of omlett, I think of all the ingredients mixed and cooked together. The entrée was an omlett with sweet potatoes, tomatoes, goat cheese, and scallions. The food I chose was the entrée special, the bacon of the day, and a chocolate milk. It's very noisy inside, so if you like quiet you can try to get a table outside. If you see a seat open, you might have to remind the staff to clean a table, like I had to do. If you can get a parking spot, you also have to wait in line leading out into the parking lot. I decided to visit, since I was in the direct area. This was the case with Biscuit Head on Biltmore Ave. Many people who live in a town with small restaurants that are a bit obscure, don't visit the restaurants unless the opportunity presents itself. As a local, I have heard about many of our restaurants and the raves that accompanied them.
